What support is included?
All licenses include email support during Australian business hours. Premium support with 24/7 on-call and remote assistance is available.

Do you work with our RADIUS server?
AthenaBNG works with any RFC 2865/2866 compliant RADIUS server — FreeRADIUS, Splynx, Radiator, ClearBox, NPS, and others. We provide FreeRADIUS configuration examples and can assist with integration.
